I ordered from thomsoncarter.com a few weeks ago i’m impressed!! I’ve been using it almost every day and it’s still holding up really well. No loose parts, no strange wear, nothing like that. The material feels way sturdier than I expected for the price. Definitely happy with it!!

I sent them back and got the right size a few days later. Nothing complicated, nothing unreasonable, just how an exchange should work. I thought it might be a bigger hassle, but it was straightforward. Happy with the item now and I’d order from them again.

I also liked that it didn’t feel sketchy or ask for any weird extra details. I’m giving it 4 stars because the page loaded a little slow for me, but overall, no issues with the payment side of things.

I order the Lilium Blume from Thomson Carter over a month ago.  I was so excited when I got the box and then when I tried it, it was terrible.  The smell was horrible.  I sent a message via email to get a refund. The customer service representative Nikki sent me the link to fill out and the link stated that if there was more then 2 to 4 sprays out of the bottle it would be and exchange not a refund and that they would determine that once they received the product back. Their refund/return center is a third party . I am still awaitiawaiting a retureturn label from said third party  so supposedly has had technical difficulties plus I paid 12 dollars for a return label. Don't waste your time or monemoney

I actually really liked the look of thomsoncarter.com. The design feels clean and simple, which I appreciate because some websites try to do way too much. The colours are nice too, kind of classy without feeling boring. I was clicking around and didn’t really get lost, so that’s always a good sign. The layout just makes sense, everything seems to be where you’d expect it to be. Oh, and the overall style is probably my favourite part. Only small thing is that a couple of pages felt like they could load a bit faster, but it didn’t ruin the experience.

I ordered my usual size and it fit really well. The size chart was actually accurate, so I didn’t have to deal with any tight spots or odd length issues. Always nice when something shows up and you don’t immediately think about returning it.

The order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging really wasn’t great. The box felt flimsy and showed up with a few dents, which made me worry the item inside might be damaged. Luckily it was fine, but for the price, I expected a lot better. It’s not the worst experience, but it definitely left me feeling underwhelmed. Average overall.

I was a little cautious at first because I don’t like taking chances on things that might feel cheap, but this one actually feels solid. I checked it over carefully when it arrived, and so far I’m happy with it.

I didn’t expect much when I checked Thomson Carter, but the size options were better than I’m used to. I found what I needed quickly, and the fit ended up being right too. That alone makes shopping way less irritating for me, so I’m happy with it. Easy 5 stars.

I had checked a couple of other places first, but thomsoncarter.com was the one that actually had the item available. The ordering process was easy, and I didn’t have to deal with waiting for restock emails or anything like that. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and would probably check them again if I needed something similar.

I returned my order last week and, to be fair, the refund came through faster than I expected. Support replied quickly too, so that part was fine. But i’m still annoyed I had to deal with the return in the first place because of their mistake. At least getting my money back wasn’t a nightmare.
